We were sorry to leave and are already sure we’ll come back. The service made us feel genuinely valued, and Mohammad deserves special thanks for looking after us so attentively. Our room, 2317, was in perfect condition every day, and the towel figures he made were such a lovely, creative touch. The meals were a pleasure, with care evident in both the food and its presentation. The Oriental Corner stood out for its delicious Egyptian specialties, full of flavor and authenticity. We were also upgraded at no charge to a superior room with spa, which made a great start to the stay. From the first day onward, everything went beyond what we expected. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

I want to thank everyone for treating us with such respect and humility. I can’t remember all the names, as there were so many people who made us feel welcome, but Abdullah at reception stood out and was great in every way. The reception management were wonderful too. From the porters to the cleaning team led by Hasan, everyone did a great job. The pool staff, people at all the bars, chefs and restaurant waiters all helped make the stay pleasant. We were treated just as well at the beach and pier, and in the spa and gym. Right from security and the pleasant check-in, guest comfort was clearly a priority. They even brought us a delicious drink to cool us down. My sincere thanks, and best wishes to you all.

We spent three nights at Premier Le Reve Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh, and my wife and I were impressed by how well the whole stay was handled. The food was excellent in quality and variety, and every meal was presented with care. The hotel and our room were impeccably clean, with each area kept to a very high standard. Before we arrived, Mr. Khaled Helmy had already sent warm welcome messages and all the information we needed. His smile, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel welcome even before we walked in, and he’s a big reason we’d happily return. The service was consistently strong across the hotel. Front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient; room service was prompt and meticulous; and the waiters were attentive without hovering. Everyone we met seemed ready to help. The rooms are very clean and tidy, though they’re showing their age when you look closely. That barely mattered alongside the great service, excellent food, classy atmosphere, and the hotel beach and reef. It’s a lovely place to relax and feel good. The staff do everything they can to make your stay comfortable, always with friendly faces and plenty of laughs. Thanks for a great experience, I’ll definitely come again!
