Doaa was always smiling and so nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety, and everything felt very clean. The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond. I’d say it’s the best hotel in Dahab. Highly recommended ✌️

Our stay was a mess from the start. Booking could only be done by email, and after several messages I heard nothing for three days. When I called, they still told me to wait for an email. That felt completely unprofessional. The room was absurdly cramped. I had to jump over the bed just to reach the tiny bathroom, and even the blackout curtains let in early morning sun. Breakfast was advertised for 7-11 AM, but when I arrived at 10:30 I was told it had finished. No apology or compensation, just tough luck. We also had no running water for over two hours. Staff first told us to wait 15 minutes, then casually let that stretch on. When I asked to cancel, reception made us wait outside, which felt like they were trying to antagonize us. For the price, the service was shockingly poor. I rarely leave reviews, but this was terrible enough that I feel I should warn people.

A quiet, very clean place that’s great for relaxing. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and made the stay even nicer. I’d happily come back.

The rooms were dirty and so cramped that there was barely space to move after unpacking. Neither of the two rooms we switched between had a wardrobe. I was on my honeymoon and came to extend our holiday, but it was the worst decision. They first gave us twin beds, and we had to fight to get the king bed we’d originally requested for our honeymoon. Even that room was a nightmare. The toilets were awful, the water was salty and brown, the floors were dirty, and the fridge was miserable. The pillows were yellow, and every day we had to ask for replacements because the blankets and covers they brought weren’t clean. The bed boards kept falling while we slept, the AC was drowning out the room, and there was nowhere to dry our wet swimsuits. There was also an opening in the door where anyone could see us if they tried. Honestly, I don’t know what to say.
