Crystal Inn by Almasa - El Alamein

The beach is lovely, and the golf car makes getting there easy. Food stayed fresh throughout the day, with lots to choose from, and the chefs would cook what you needed. My room was classy, stunning, comfortable, and fully equipped, including an ironing board and iron. The staff were friendly and very professional. Thanks again for the little attention. I’d recommend it 100%.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with great amenities. I appreciated the stocked minibar with Coffee, Tea & Water and the selection of quality toiletries. The lobby was elegantly designed, and the whole property was immaculate, with tasteful decor and well-maintained facilities. It all felt luxurious. What stood out most was the staff. They were attentive and quick to help, whether arranging transportation, suggesting local attractions, or handling special requests. From the moment I arrived, everyone was positive, smiling, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Amr and his team for their kindness and help, and to Ms. Amal , Menna and the team for their support and hospitality. My stay at Crystal Inn during my visit to Al Alamein was exceptional from start to finish. The combination of the lovely accommodations, service, and prime location exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely return next time.

I loved everything here. It was super clean and tidy, the pool was wonderful, and the facilities smelled good all the time. Even the door bell sounds cute! The buffet was one of the best I’ve eaten, thanks to chef Mohammed Abo Almahasen and the kitchen staff. The staff made me feel at home, almost like family. Abdullah at reception, Mariam, Mohammed and Mustafa driving the golf cars, Ziyad the life guard, and Mohammed Saber in room service were all amazing. Mariam did a great job helping us, and she’s the cutest girl in the hotel. Everyone was excellent at their job, and I’ve never had better customer service. I’d come back for sure inshaAllah. With love, Raneems family.

The breakfast had a great range of choices, and the beach was superb. The shuttle was always available on time to take us there. The lobby stayed clean and smelled amazing, and staff were attentive to everything. Best hotel ever! I’d definitely come back and recommend it 100%.
