The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The room had no windows for ventilation, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was bad, and there wasn't even a kettle. It was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The pool was quiet and clean, a nice place to sit with a drink. We had a breathtaking view from our rooms, too, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed for five nights and had a wonderful time.

The photos on Instagram made the place look much better than it was, and they use cafe photos as if the cafe belongs to the hotel. My room was dirty, the door wouldn't lock, and when I raised it, staff just told me to “manage it.” There was no hot water because the heater is shared between rooms. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Not worth the money, and I can't recommend it.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the location was perfect for visiting Dahab. My room was spotless and comfortable, and everyone on staff was incredibly friendly. I had an amazing time at downtown village and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean, each had a strong AC unit, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Beyond that, though, I didn't find much value for the price. The mini fridge barely cooled anything, and the bathroom door was broken, with only a cheap lock to keep it shut. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over two weeks, with so much debris and buildup that the water was almost opaque. There was even cat feces beside my room door. Maybe this was a fluke, but I wouldn't spend my money here.
