The place is clean and nice, with a luxurious feel, and it works well for families or couples. Service was excellent and the staff professional, apart from Mohammed on the concierge team. He had a bad attitude and gave me inaccurate information, so I’d avoid dealing with him.

Ms. Noha made our stay especially nice. She was kind, professional, and helped with everything we needed. Mr. Ahmed was friendly and gave excellent service too. My wife and I spent four days here, and the cleanliness, service, and atmosphere all exceeded what we expected.

The smaller size of Gewan Residential Palace gave the resort a relaxed feel, and the royal villa was luxurious. I loved being able to step out onto the beach just a few steps from the palace, and the pool was fantastic. The food was good, though I wished there had been more variety. I had a great vacation and enjoyed the elegant royal touch and top-notch service.

The pool music played from 11AM until 10/11PM, which could get noisy and uncomfortable when I wanted a nap. Our room was new and clean, with a pool view, and you can see the sea from a higher floor. Breakfast had lots of choices and was made with premium quality ingredients. The staff were helpful and professional. Miss Nada, their PR manager, greeted us and gave us a room and dinner invitation at their restaurant.

It was difficult to reach the hotel because it’s right next to the Presidential Palace, though the location felt very safe and secure. The hotel itself was quiet and super clean, with excellent service and an amazing reception team. Mr. Hossam Zahran, the hotel manager, welcomed us warmly. We were also given an upgrade to a better room, which made the stay extra special.
