Gewan White Beach Resort-New Alamein

The hotel feels significantly overpriced for its facilities and service, though the stay wasn’t bad overall. Food was good, but the cutlery wasn’t always clean. The service was average, and housekeeping may come into the room even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, so I’d keep the internal lock secured for privacy. Activities around the main pool were annoying all day, and the noise after dinner was especially hard to tolerate.

The suite was quiet, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff paid attention to the small details. My wife, our infant son, and I spent two wonderful nights here. From check-in onward, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs, especially with a baby. I’m grateful to the management and staff for the hospitality. We’ll definitely return.

Beautiful rooms, a lovely atmosphere, and very professional service made for a memorable stay that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Noaman and the front office management.

Hana from Guest Relations made our honeymoon at Gewan unforgettable. She was professional and kind, kept everything arranged, and found quick solutions with a warm smile. The resort and beach were better than we expected, and the staff were exceptionally attentive with flawless service. Gewan has set the bar for our future trips, and we’re eager to return.
