I had a fabulous vacation. The place was safe and clean, and well maintained. There’s a good-sized pool behind each building, and the beach is never far away. The café was my favourite part. We went every night, and they’d get a table and chairs ready as soon as we arrived, even if we didn’t order anything. We could bring our own food and drinks, sit by the beach for a couple of hours, and enjoy the moon and stars away from the city lights with good music. I strongly recommend it.

The village is really quiet and calm, which was great for me since I was looking to relax. The big issue is the beach. It’s stony, with only a few narrow spots that are suitable for swimming. Those spots aren’t even good for kids to swim in.

There are lots of gardens at this nice family resort, though they also mean mosquitoes are everywhere. The beach is okay. Much of it is rocky, but there’s enough sand for people to get into the water. The beach cafeteria is good too.

On May 1, the resort still wasn’t ready to host guests. The pools were being maintained and satellite channels weren’t working. Most of the restaurants and shops outside were closed, except for Hosny grills and Fathalla gomla market.

A lovely place, very safe and respectful.
