Lazuli Hotel Marsa Alam

The gardens looked fantastic and made a lovely backdrop for photos. At the pool and beach, we could always find an umbrella, and everything was clean with warm water. The kids loved the slides and animation program. Our rooms were spacious, had AC, and were cleaned daily, with bottled water delivered every day. The food was top notch, with delicious dishes, local options at the oriental corner, show cooking morning and evening, and lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, treats, and tasty bread. The all-inclusive alcohol wasn’t quite good enough for us as Balkan guests, but better drinks were available to buy at the lobby bar. Everyone on staff smiled, greeted us, and was polite and helpful. The restaurant team made us feel like close friends. We had a wonderful week at Lazuli hotel with our children, aged 4 to 16. It’s perfect for a full seaside vacation, and we totally recommend it.

The animation team kept things subtle and never felt annoying. Mojo, the DJ and head animator, was great and really got the club going in the evenings. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. The many bars did an excellent job, and both the pool and sea were amazing. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d come back anytime!

We were there during Eid al-Fitr, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, and the whole team made our stay special. Everyone was helpful and smiling, from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping, the bar, and entertainment. I was especially impressed by how professionally guests from all nationalities were treated. It reflects so well on Egypt and its hospitality. Special thanks to Chef Essam, Mr. Mohamed Aboushady, Mr. Ahmed, and Mr. Taha Soliman for their exceptional service and kindness. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back!
