I hardly ever leave reviews, but I wanted to say how satisfied I was with both the room and the service. The room was clean, stylish, and well organized, and the location is strategic and fits a lot of people. Room service was ready to help with any questions at any time, and the room service staff and luggage boy were polite and attentive. They brought us everything we asked for, often before we even had to ask. Mahmoud at reception went far beyond what I expected. He checked several times whether I needed anything, offered services that many places don’t, and stayed available around the clock to make sure everything was fine. The place is great, and the service was 1000/10. The whole staff deserve recognition, and Mahmoud deserves a raise and promotion. If you want a home-like stay with five-star service and great facilities, this is a great choice. I’ll definitely come back.

On my third visit, the service was bad, and it’ll be my last time here. They wanted to charge us for room cleaning and fresh towels, saying they weren’t a hotel. We spent four days with the same towels. During my previous stays, housekeeping brought fresh towels and everything was good.

The breakfast was pathetic, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the place. It was extremely expensive, yet they still charged for parking. Our room was very dirty: after two days I found garbage under the bathroom sink that hadn’t been removed before we checked in. That explained the smell and flies.

The room service only showed up when we asked. Breakfast felt like a scam: just snacks delivered to the door at 11 am, with no restaurant where you could eat in. And a “garden view” just meant looking at a tree from the room 😅

The swimming pool was nice and big, but everything else made this one of the worst stays I can imagine. There was no WiFi at the property, and one bedroom in our two-room apartment had no air-conditioning. The toilet was unclean and smelled of sewage. Then, in August, the electricity went off for a couple of hours around 2am while I was there with kids.
