We felt safe in the area, and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The included breakfast was satisfactory, and the view from the room and terrace was sensational. The owner and staff were kind, generous, and welcoming throughout our incredible stay at the Pyramids Skyline Hotel. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Cairo or Giza.

The view of the pyramids was amazing, and the staff were warm and friendly. Our room was comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was pretty basic, but the value for money was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend the place.

The neighborhood can be chaotic and densely populated, and some buildings aren’t well maintained. That said, it’s typical of many parts of Giza and Cairo. We had no trouble with local people, who were mostly cheerful and helpful. Few people speak English, so Google Translate comes in handy. The hotel is on the 11th floor of an apartment building that looks rough outside. Once you’re in, though, the rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and well kept. We stayed four days, waking up to a pyramid view each morning. The breakfast was included, authentic, and better than expected, with plenty of choices. Staff were happy to customize it when asked, and they even packed breakfast for our early checkout without being asked. We came from Budapest on our Egypt trip and chose this hotel for its proximity to the pyramids. The rooms, staff, and manager all made it a very good decision. The team were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout. I’d strongly recommend it as a budget-friendly place with a pyramid view if you’re prepared for the neighborhood and set your expectations accordingly.

The team were amazing. Cabo’s communication before we arrived helped make our stay possible and our dream come true. Thank you all for such a special night and for the way you treated us. I recommend this hotel 100%!

I was disappointed overall, though the WhatsApp communication was excellent and quick. On the first day the staff were nice, and the woman making breakfast did a great job. I wouldn’t stay more than 1-2 nights. The neighborhood is messy, and the hotel feels overpriced for the area. The rooms weren’t clean: there was no housekeeping, no fresh sheets or room cleaning, and the pillows were dirty. They’ll bring extra towels if you ask. Hot water barely lasted for one shower, and the AC didn’t work at all. There was only a small electric heater. They also kept the change unless I asked for it. I wouldn’t book the hotel transfer, which costs twice as much as Uber. I’d avoid their tours too. After paying at reception, we were sent to a “guide office” and told to pay another $50 per person. When we refused, they insulted us in their language. The tour itself was disappointing, with just three stops and less than an hour at them. This felt more like a boutique hotel than a proper hotel.
