It was a nice stay for the money. The beach was good, though they still need to finish adding facilities and services there. It’s about 10-15 minutes from the hotel, but there’s a free shuttle.
4/10
Service and cleanliness were very poor. It was too loud and people lacked appropriate social manners. The beach has improved a lot.
2/10
The room didn’t match what was shown on booking, and everyone seemed to be trying to scam me. First they quoted 5000 for a four-room apartment, then when I arrived they wanted 5000 for just one room. Honestly, don’t stop at this worthless hotel.
8/10
We had a great stay and I’d love to return. The beach wasn’t crowded at all, the food was good, and the pool view room was clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. My only gripe was the old shuttle bus, which didn’t start taking people to the beach until 10. I’d prefer to go earlier.
6/10
The location is convenient, but Retal View North Coast has a few drawbacks. The resort isn’t right on the beach, it’s across the road, so there’s no direct beach access. Amenities are limited, and there isn’t much variety in dining. The beach can get crowded too, which left the experience below what I expected.
