Studio in porto golf marina

I'm an owner, and from my experience, the quality is poor and they don't maintain the place. The elevators in the buildings don't work, or stop for some reason when they do. This has been happening since I received my unit two years ago, with no improvement. The building isn't old, but the paint and floors inside already look damaged and old. They're building thousands of units, so it will get so crowded, and I don't know how the cars will move. They use cheap, low quality items for things like the elevators and raw materials. You can see the attached pictures. One star is too much.
