Pyramisa Hotel Luxor

The view was one of the best parts of staying here, so relaxing, and waking up to it made the trip feel special. Everything else worked well too: the hotel was comfortable and organized, our room was clean, the facilities were good, and the staff were polite and helpful. I only wish the swimming pool had heaters, especially on cooler days. The atmosphere is lovely, and I’d recommend the hotel and consider coming back.

The hotel’s Italian and Chinese restaurants were excellent, and we enjoyed trying the spa. The room was spacious, the views were nice, and breakfast was good. WiFi was a big letdown: it barely worked by reception and there was no connection in our room. You’d expect reliable WiFi at a hotel like this. There was also just one plug point for the whole room, which was inconvenient. Still, we had a nice experience.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, with stunning views and a great location. The welcoming, attentive staff made the stay even better than we expected, but our driver Mohammed was the person who made this trip unforgettable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and constantly helped us feel safe and comfortable, sharing local insights and adjusting plans to make the days easier. We were robbed of $600 earlier in the trip in Cairo, which was extremely upsetting and stressful. Mohammed immediately used his local connections and worked tirelessly to help us recover every dollar. We never thought we’d get the money back, and his support through that difficult time meant so much to us. His professionalism and genuine care made a great hotel stay exceptional. We’re grateful for everything he did, highly recommend Pyramisa Hotel and especially Mohammed, and would absolutely return and hope to have him as our driver again.

The staff were really nice, and the location was brilliant. Special thanks to Esraa-Maria-Yasmin and Abdul for the honeymoon and Valentine’s cake. We used the spa, Italian Restaurent, and shisha a few times. Surprisingly, they cost a lot less than outside the hotel. Strongly recommend.
