I was charged 8700 egp after renting an apartment that was full of cockroaches. They were coming out of the bathroom and were in the rooms and living room, literally everywhere. I’d booked three days before Eid, but when I arrived and asked for a refund or another place, they left me waiting three days for my money and didn’t help me find another apartment. Then they kept the first night’s payment, saying it was Eid. Worst experience ever, I don’t recommend them at all.

I made a reservation, but when I got there they sent me the wrong QR code. I couldn’t reach anyone, so I went back to Cairo. A very bad experience.

I’ve used their service several times over the past 3 years, and the team has always been professional. The place is delivered as shown in the pictures, with clean new bedsheets, towels, and all the bathroom amenities. If anything is missing, you can call Taymour and he sorts it out right away. Highly recommended.

Getting in is tricky, and the location is far from both downtown and the marina.

The 3 bedroom villa in Sabina worked perfectly for our family and friends, especially with its heated pool. It was clean, the staff gave great service, and it was amazing value for our money. Highly recommended!
