I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the area, as long as you know what you’re looking for. It isn’t a five-star all-inclusive experience, but I didn’t find anything bad about the place. It may not be the fanciest area, though it feels worth the price: it’s quiet and clean, the staff are polite despite speaking only very basic English, and the seaside is close. The beach is free, and the kite stations are pretty decent. The pool is usually clean. I noticed some renovation work recently, but it didn’t bother me much as a tourist. I could be wrong, but some of the negative reviews look fake or deliberately posted.

I had a poor experience with the compound’s management. Some staff behaved unprofessionally toward residents, and privacy didn’t seem to be respected. I’d urge people to be cautious and make sure everything is transparent before getting involved.

It’s a terrible place, unsafe and different, and seems to have no idea what tourism means. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, at all.

Before deciding to rent or buy, I’d talk to people who already live here and check the basement. The complex’s sewer and drainage systems cause strong, unpleasant smells. Management and landlords often dismiss the issue, and visits may not reveal it because the odor is usually hidden. You tend to notice it only after moving in.
