The highlight for us was the reef and the chance to dive right from the hotel. We had a lovely stay, with great food, friendly staff, and a really intimate feel. Mohamed G. took us around the nearby reef, pointing out its beauty and the creatures we saw. He was wonderful and someone we could rely on. We’d gladly come back if we get the chance.

The all-inclusive choices for food and drinks were very limited, and the food itself was just average. The photos made the place look a bit better than it felt in person. The sheets were old, the TV was small, and there was no entertainment. There also wasn’t any aqua gym, despite it being advertised.

The sea life was great for snorkeling and diving, with lots of different fish to see. The shore is rocky because of the coral, though there’s a walkway where you can enter the water. The hotel is about 10 km from Quseir and has a great view, wide clean pools, and spacious rooms across three levels. I booked a single room and paid an extra 500 for a balcony. The restaurant was nice and the food okay, while the staff were smiling and cooperative. It was good value for the accommodation, meals, and service, and I’m sure I’ll return soon.

Having the diving center right at the resort was a big plus for us. We stayed for a week around Christmas, and the small resort was clean, spacious, and pleasant. The restaurant was tidy and had a good range of fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables, so there was something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the pool barman.

If diving is your reason for coming, this small hotel is a very good choice. There isn’t much else to do besides diving and enjoying the sun, with no loud music, shows, or parties. The staff were very nice and friendly, and we’ll come back for more diving.
