Swissôtel Resort El Quseir

The excursions were incredible. I recommend booking with Momo (Egypt Sea Explorer) and his team. We saw sea turtles and a sea cow, and the diving was an amazing experience that I’d happily repeat. The hotel staff were really friendly and the food was great.

This was our third time at this beautiful location, previously called Radisson Blu. We were there on December 31st for its official change to Swissôtel Resort El Quseir. The resort was spotless throughout, from the rooms and common areas to the beach, and everything was well cared for. The peaceful setting and coral reef are wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit in June. Dining was another highlight, with lots of variety and something delicious at every meal. Compliments to the chefs for both the quality and presentation. Thanks especially to Mr. Adel at Reception for his professionalism, warm welcome, and help. Our waiter and the rest of the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly as well. For high standards, good food, and personal service, this place is easy to recommend.

We’re not usually keen on Egypt or all-inclusive resorts, but the atmosphere and management here impressed us enough that we’re considering coming back. The value for money was excellent, and every request was handled promptly and taken seriously. We got extra pillows, slippers, and bathrobes when we asked, and the whole team was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little dated and need renovating. We were told clearly that renovations would start on April 1st. Some work was already going on during our stay, but it was quiet and well organized enough that we barely noticed. I travel internationally often for business and leisure, so I have high expectations of hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by the resort and management team, whose focus on quality, service, and organization felt sincere. It’s a charming, rather small resort with Arabian style throughout. The garden, beach, and pool area were clean and inviting. The pool is heated, and there are plenty of loungers and parasols, so finding a spot was easy. The animation team were friendly and pleasantly unobtrusive. The restaurant had excellent, varied, well-balanced food. We especially liked the Swiss touches, including Bircher muesli, brioche, freshly baked bread, and Spätzle. The restaurant really was a hit. We’d love to return.

A quiet place near the sea where it’s easy to catch your breath and relax. There were plenty of loungers and beach umbrellas, and the food was delicious, with fruit and vegetables every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is the first place I’d like to come back to. I recommend it. 🙂
