Pyramids Resort by Jaz

We had a very satisfying New Year’s holiday here, and the experience went beyond what we expected. The hotel is easy to reach and close to many amenities. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and well organized, while the shared spaces were spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff welcomed us warmly on arrival, and the management deserves special credit for personal attention, a helpful attitude, and finding solutions. That made the stay much more comfortable. We’d highly recommend the hotel.

The garden is a peaceful retreat, with plenty of greenery, quiet corners, and birdsong, a rare treat in Cairo. The pool is large, well maintained, and good for swimming or relaxing. Food was fresh and varied, with healthy choices as well as local and international dishes. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, though the washroom and toilet were very compact and small. The resort has a relaxing atmosphere and a very big area. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for by the whole team. Service was professional, attentive, and heartfelt throughout. I left feeling rested and grateful. High-quality service with genuine warmth, and highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and hospitality after exploring the Pyramids, the Sphinx and the city.

I LOVE the Jaz Pyramids resort. Mennat-allah & Magic Maria were fabulous hosts, and the grounds and pool are beautiful. The room was immaculately clean, with a very comfy bed and plenty of space. We all had a scrumptious lunch, and my Spaghetti Bolognaise was marvellous. Compliments to the chef! The Sphinx and Pyramids at Giza are only a few minutes away by car. Highly recommend staying here.

Maria at reception was especially welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her warm manner and support made a great stay even better, and she’s one reason I’d love to return. From the moment I arrived, everything felt just right at Jaz Pyramids Resort: a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, and impressive facilities. Highly recommended for comfort, great service, and a wonderful experience.
