Pickalbatros Laguna Club Resort Sharm El Sheikh

The staff were kind and respectful, and the animation team put in a lot of effort to keep guests happy, even though there aren't many of them at the moment. The food tasted good, but the choice was limited. Still, it was a very nice hotel and I'd definitely come back. Thanks so much for a lovely vacation.

Breakfast was the one letdown, with a limited menu and not much variety. The rest of the stay met my expectations: the room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. I'd still recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The resort was clean, beautifully maintained, and had plenty for adults and kids to do, so we enjoyed our whole week in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff really made it special. Ali from Room Service kept our room comfortable every day and was always prompt and polite. At Colonies Restaurant, Mohamed Ahmed was attentive, respectful, and so cooperative that we never had to ask twice for anything. Mohamed Salman at reception welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived. He was professional, patient, and helped us handle everything smoothly. Mostafa El Sayed was also consistently supportive and helpful during our stay. The staff made the holiday memorable, and I highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

The hotel has become much more crowded and impersonal since Pickalbatros Laguna Vista and Pickalbatros Club merged. We came back after four years with high hopes, but the overall standard has dropped a lot since our last visit. The rooms weren't as clean as you'd expect from a hotel in this category. Food quality has also gone downhill, particularly at the beach restaurant and by the pool. There was hardly any beach staff, and the service lacked the care and attention we remembered. It's sad because we had such lovely memories from earlier stays. I hope management takes the steps needed to bring back the quality that once made this a great destination.
