Marina Sharm Hotel

The rooms were spotless and the atmosphere was perfect. I felt very comfortable throughout the stay, and when I return to Sharm, I won't choose another hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the reception team, housekeeping, and the managers for their professionalism, kindness, and constant smiles. The restaurant team also deserves huge thanks for the delicious, varied, and generous dishes. Of all the hotels I've stayed in across different countries, this one is by far the best.

We arrived on December 12, 2025, and the staff made us feel special throughout. The restaurant team, whose names I unfortunately don't remember, noticed what guests liked to drink at dinner and brought it without being asked. The porter was pleasant and helpful, and room attendant Wael was so friendly and attentive, always checking if we needed anything. Administrator Mahmoud really tried hard to get us the room we wanted. My daughter looked forward to the evening performances in the garden, and Diego always chatted with her 😊 Thank you for all your effort and hard work ❤️ Room - 543✨

We stayed with my mother in late December, and a serious conflict with Sara, who handles à la carte restaurant reservations, completely spoiled our impression. I think hotel management needs to know about this, as an employee's behavior like this damages both the guest experience and the hotel's reputation. We had been clearly told that reservations were made only on the same day, during a one-hour window from 10:00 to 11:00, to keep things fair. I specifically left the beach to follow those rules. Sara arrived late, and many guests were already waiting. When reservations began, she let people go ahead of those who had been queuing properly. Several guests pointed it out, but she ignored them. When my turn came, I calmly asked if she thought this was fair after the rules she'd explained the day before. She acted as if she didn't understand, then raised her voice. The whole conversation was in English. At one point she told me that, since I understand Russian, I should speak Russian with her. I find that unacceptable. A hotel employee has no right to tell a guest what language to use, especially at an international hotel. I asked to speak with her manager, but Sara said she had no manager. The conversation turned openly aggressive and disrespectful. I reported it to reception, where they told me they had witnessed the incident and this wasn't the first complaint about her behavior. During our stay, I also heard similar complaints from other guests about her arrogance and lack of respect.

We spent a wonderful week at Marina Sharm resort in October. It was modern, well equipped, and well maintained, so we could enjoy ourselves and relax without worrying about anything. We missed nothing during our stay. Sara was especially helpful, always smiling and ready to meet our needs. I highly recommend this super friendly resort for a comfortable, welcoming, relaxing holiday.
