Our experience was extremely disappointing and a waste of time from the moment we reached reception. We had reservations through booking.com and lemar tours, but the hotel said it had received no confirmation email, even though we showed our confirmation number and PIN. They then accused us of being involved in a case with other guests, without evidence, in an effort to make us delete our bad review on booking.com. We spent a horrible day dealing with this. After the police officer established we were innocent, he gave us a compensation night. Mr khalid Thabet, the general manager, was helpful and courteous, and clearly understands hospitality. But Mr. Walid Sherif, the vice manager, and Mr. Ahmed Azzab at the front desk wrongly accused us, so I advise people not to deal with them. I also advise against dealing with lemar tours and Mr. Abdulghany, who refused to refund us after our reservation with him was cancelled. The place felt completely unsafe, unclean, and unhygienic. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The food was better than at some much more expensive places, and everything seemed to work surprisingly well. We needed two extra beds and they arranged them. The beach is good for snorkelling, the pool is huge, and service at the bars was good. Very good value for money, and I definitely recommend it.

The sea view from every room and the terrace is breathtaking, and the beach is marvelous. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is one of the best hotels in Sharm, and my favourite there.

This was my worst experience in Sharm Sheikh. The staff don’t seem to understand what it means to host guests, and the service was very bad. The rooms have very old furnishings, and the beach area needs attention. They should make it a one-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend going there. Thank you.

The air conditioning was weak and uncomfortable, and the food was poor and tasteless. Reception staff were impolite and unprofessional, and the place seemed to have no proper organization or management. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Sharm El Sheikh. A terrible experience, and I definitely won’t return. I don’t recommend it.
