It’s a shame, as this could be a nice resort. It’s down the road from where we stayed, but the place is derelict and there’s been no sign of activity for the last few years.

The location worked well for us, close to Old City, and we liked Hotel's Merhaba Beach too. Its sandy bottom is good for children and people who can't swim. We had a good room and friendly service, though the food in February wasn't appetizing and there wasn't much choice.

We left after just 15 minutes. Reception staff were intimidating and extremely disrespectful, with no manners. The manager yelled at us and called us names. They also canceled our reservation and booked the room for other people. Worst hotel experience of my life. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The pool was poorly maintained, and the TVs were far too old. Our fridges were dirty and didn't work properly. The rooms were dirty and badly designed, and the food was cold, with no juices or anything that made it feel like a buffet. A terrible stay, I really wouldn't recommend it.

No water for much of the time, and cleaning only happened once every 3 days. They left dirty garbage bags in the bin and only took out the larger pieces of rubbish. The place was dirty, smelly, worn out, and broken, with poor service. Four stars? Forget it, maybe minus four.
