Club Reef Resort & Spa

The service was great, the rooms were clean, and hygiene was excellent. The hotel itself is very nice, but the “all inclusive” offer felt more like “basis inclusive.” You pay extra for ping pong, ice cream, wine, iced coffee, and even a second room card, which costs 5€ for the stay despite the card itself costing around half a euro. I don’t see the common sense in that. Caffe latte, sugar, and ice cubes are free, though. At the buffet, the food was bland, and beer came in plastic glasses. The a la carte restaurant was good, but we could only go once. The music was too loud and played too often, and the beach was always full. The pools were freezing, with no heating. There wasn’t much in the way of facilities either. The sports pub stayed closed for our whole visit, there’s no tennis court, and I think you have to be italian to enjoy the shows. Wheelchair and stroller access was laughable. There’s no way to reach the kids pool or the beach without stairs.

The restaurants were super clean, and the food was really varied and delicious. The staff are so friendly and nice, and they pay attention to every little detail to make guests happy and satisfied. The animation team was really friendly too, especially Zeina 👌

We feel like queens here, safe and well looked after. Everyone is friendly and always ready to help, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The food is good too.

The entertainment team kept every day fun, and the food was tasty. It’s a relaxing place to enjoy the sun, with friendly staff and clean rooms. A great hotel!
