On February 14, 2025, three items were missing from three of our group's rooms, and most recently we lost a significant amount of money. As the owner of Umrah Travel Indonesia, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

4/10
The location is great, and the rooms were cleaned every day, but the hotel is dilapidated. Our room had no windows and looked like a prison. The host's shuttle was supposed to pick us up, but nobody was at the airport, so we took a taxi that ripped us off, at least 4X more than the Uber price. We had lukewarm water for all 6 days, never hot, despite asking reception. The terrace has a superb view, but the tables and chairs were dusty. Such a shame, because the hotel has enormous potential and could be great.

10/10
The rooftop café and swimming pool were both 10/10. The rooms were superb, and everything was spotless, a 10/10 for cleanliness. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend it.
