The staff were really friendly, though at times a bit pushy. They tried to sell us expensive tours as soon as we arrived, even while we just wanted to relax on the rooftop and enjoy the nice pyramid view. They stopped when we said no, but it could still feel like a lot. Breakfast on the rooftop was fine. We asked to have our room cleaned between our two nights because the bathroom had flooded a bit, but that never happened. Our room was clean, and I think we were lucky compared with some other reviews. The hot water runs out quickly, so two people have to be fast if they both want a warm shower. The shower didn’t drain well either. It was okay for a short stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer than two nights. The pyramids’ main entrance is only a 20-minute walk away.

The worst budget stay I’ve had across many countries. They pressured my partner to give a 10 start rating on booking.com until the owner took her phone and wrote his own review, which made her very uncomfortable. That’s what really brings my rating down. The place wasn’t very clean or quiet, but the bed was comfortable enough and the pyramids were close enough. We were sent in the wrong direction by the location listed on booking.com, which was much closer to the pyramids and not on the main road. When we finally found the right place just before midnight, they told us to wait for our room, despite check-in being at 2pm. We’d contacted them an hour earlier to say we were on our way. The sheets were disgusting and hadn’t been changed, and the mountain view room we ordered had no view of anything. I was exhausted and waited another half hour for them to put sheets on the bed. The location itself is okay, though there’s a lot of road noise, which is expected in Giza. I was disappointed about the missing mountain view but willing to let that go for budget accommodation. Just be aware if you plan to stay here.

The food was perfect, with delicious options I looked forward to at every meal. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, a peaceful place to return to after sightseeing. The location is very easy to access and convenient for exploring the area. I had an amazing stay at the Crown Pyramids View Hotel, and it’s quickly become my favorite spot near the pyramids. I highly recommend it.

What stayed with me most was the rooftop terrace. Breakfast at sunrise and relaxing under the stars were both unforgettable, and the varied menu had flavorful dishes. My room was spacious, spotless, and had every modern amenity I needed. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Waking up to the unobstructed pyramid view felt magical, with one of the Seven Wonders of the World right there in the background. The location is convenient, and the hotel balances modern luxury with a strong connection to Egypt’s history. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or both, Crown Pyramids Hotel View is a wonderful choice. It’s more than a place to stay, it’s an experience I’ll carry with me. I can’t wait to return, highly recommended.

The location is near important landmarks. Chef Ahmed is perfect, and receptionist Mohamed is very polite and helpful. Room service can be slow sometimes, but it’s a good hotel in general.
