The rooftop bar has a great view over Cairo and the Nile.

This is a review of the rooftop cafe, not the hotel. The view of the Nile is very good, and the prices are affordable. There are several LCD TVs for watching matches, and the drinks are good, though the food is just average. It’s a fun place to spend an evening hanging out.

I’m reviewing the roof cafe, not the hotel. The view is good and the prices are moderate, but the food was awful. The pizza was basically bread with a dry topping where the cheese should have been, and the chicken pane they brought us was a cheap ready-made brand. The furniture is old and poorly maintained, with peeling paint on the tables and chairs. Better suited for having a smoke or an alcoholic drink.

A simple rooftop bar that does the job. Great views and cold beers for £100. Definitely recommend.

The rooftop bar view is amazing, and the central location is handy. Beyond that, the place needs serious renovation. The carpets and chairs were filthy, the furniture was old and broken, and the toilet seat was broken too. Some lamps didn’t work, and the lift was horrible. It’s overpriced for what you get.
