We paid for a standard room and got upgraded to one with a pyramid view. Everyone was kind and helpful, including the friendly reception guy who spoke Spanish. Breakfast was good, and having it with that view of the pyramids was stunning. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it, right across from the Pyramids. Everything else was very poor: the service, cleanliness, and restaurant. The restaurant was so unclean I wouldn’t call it a proper hotel restaurant. Our room wasn’t the one we booked, and it was changed again the following day. They also raised the price after we arrived, which felt very unprofessional. I can’t recommend staying here.

The room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious with a lovely view. From the rooftop restaurant you can watch the sunset, and the location is handy for supermarkets and local restaurants. We had a warm welcome from the owner and were able to check in early. The room also had air conditioning, hot water, a TV, and a refrigerator. Highly recommend!

We had a great balcony with a view of the Pyramids, and enjoyed a lovely New Year dinner here. The airport pickup was part of our stay, and the driver arrived on time and was polite. The owner communicated well with us even before we arrived, so I felt safe throughout. The person at the lobby was friendly too.

The room was fine for the price, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was good, and you can have tea or coffee on the roof whenever you like. We booked tours through the hotel and had a really good time. Ahmed, the guide, speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. He’s a fun guy and kept the tours interesting. I recommend staying here and taking the hotel tours.
