We had a lovely stay, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was made to order, so we kept ours light, though we saw plenty of guests enjoying a wide choice of food, fruit, and drinks. It’s good value with a little touch of luxury, and I’d recommend it. The only drawback was finding the entrance. The signs could be clearer, as it was a bit tricky to locate.

I came from Turkey, where we’re very particular about cleanliness, and I’ve never seen a place kept this well. I spent a long time researching hotels and was worried the photos might be misleading, especially since even places within my $150-a-day budget had cleanliness complaints. But everything was even fresher and cleaner in person. The beds and sheets were spotless, and I slept so well on the firm bed. I’d happily get one like it for my own home. The staff’s attention to detail really moved me. I saw a young woman carefully checking and making up another room, and early one morning a man was wiping the corridor walls and room doors. The terrace tables and floors were just as thoroughly cleaned. I even noticed that a bin I’d used had been emptied and relined within two hours, and the empty bins were clean too. Everywhere was immaculate. Breakfast might not be enough for someone who’s very hungry, but it was more than enough for us, tasty, and above all spotless. I arrived hesitantly, but I’d tell friends to come with peace of mind. They take such care that we almost felt bad picking up a single hair from the floor.

Rana and Hamed took especially good care of me, and I really appreciate it. The whole team gave me such a lovely welcome to this beautiful country. The place was tidy and clean, and looked just like the pictures. Breakfast was wonderful too. I tried both the Egyptian and Mediterranean options, and they prepared each with so much care.

The Wi-Fi was unstable, but everything else was wonderful. I stayed in the spacious junior suite and loved the jacuzzi with its view, as well as the kind, attentive staff. It’s within walking distance of the new Pyramids entrance. They even called in the morning to make sure I wouldn’t oversleep and packed breakfast for my morning trip. Special thanks to Mr. Omar, who patiently helped me get around Giza. I reached Giza metro directly from the first stop without changing at almarutaua, thank you!

Ali, Ahmed, Rana, and Islam made my stay feel personal. They checked on me without being asked, talked with me when I seemed tired, and helped me feel safe in a city far from home. I’ll remember those small gestures and how they treated me like a person first and a guest second. The Pyramids were right in front of me from the balcony, and seeing them every morning was powerful and peaceful. The view made me stop and feel grateful. Breakfast was fresh and carefully made each day, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The warm, human atmosphere meant a lot to me during a time when I needed comfort. I’ll come back for the people as much as for the view and the comfort.
