We were exhausted from traveling and then spent our first night dealing with a room that had no soap or towels and a broken tub. We’d booked three rooms for two families: two rooms with two beds each for my friends and their kids, since there wasn’t a four-bed room available when we booked, plus one room for my family. At check-in, the staff insisted we had booked only one room, even though our printed confirmation clearly listed what we’d paid for, the number of people, and the rooms. They still gave us a hard time over something that should have been simple to check. After the first night they called again and kept insisting we had booked just one room for seven people. That made my blood boil. The place can’t even manage a hotel properly. There was a broken tub, a broken trash can, and a fridge that didn’t work. We had to ask twice for soap, and there was no shampoo either. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Never come here.

We stayed one night, my wife, son and I, and found it great compared with the other hotels. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the AC worked well. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with vegetables, eggs, fruit, juices, tea, milk with wheat, fool (beans), jam and butter, so I think there’s something for everyone. There are two elevators, which confused us at first.

I spent two days here before my exam at prometric, and it was a great experience. The room was clean and had all the services you might need, and the receptionists were very welcoming.

We spent a week here. It’s a cozy, comfortable place, clean and quiet, with friendly staff. There’s free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator in every room, and cleaning service. Breakfast is included with a reservation: mortadella (luncheon meat), white cheese, vegetable salad, a boiled egg, potato chips, and tea. The restaurant and cafe attached to the hotel are pricey, so it’s better to get food and drinks from outside. I recommend Talabat, a delivery app that’s very useful in Egypt.
