Khan Duidar Inn - Pyramids View Rooftop

The meals were all delicious, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful. The property is in a really good spot, with a breathtaking pyramid view from the room and terrace. Special thanks to Mr Khalid Ghonamy and Mr Yasser Alihi for helping me with everything. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to Egypt.

I didn’t expect this much luxury for such an affordable price. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the pyramids view was spectacular. What stood out most was the kind, very helpful staff. General Manager Yasser was especially friendly and accommodating, and made me feel at home. Highly recommend.

Our room was comfortable and clean, though it looked out on a building with rubble, so the view wasn’t nice. Ask for a pyramid view room. Breakfast was made to order, and the waiters were warm. The rooms, location, breakfast, and staff were good overall, but getting to the 13th floor in the elevator takes patience. The hotel is in a dingy alley, in a building that looks unfinished and also has apartments. The facade is very bad. We didn’t have local money to tip the bellboy. He took us around the corner to an ATM, then kept following us even after we told him to leave us alone, until we tipped him. It was extremely annoying.

We just checked out after our first night in Cairo, and had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were thoughtful and proactive, with a great view too. Whenever we needed it, they helped us reach our driver and made sure the transport arrangements went smoothly.
