Mazar Pyramids Hotel

We only meant to stay two days and wound up staying six. The hotel was clean and well kept, and whenever a small issue came up, they sorted it quickly. It was also excellent value. The New Year's Eve party was unforgettable, with a great buffet, excellent chefs, lovely details, and wonderful surprises. On our first day, the head chef came out to introduce himself and make sure everything was right. During lunch we mentioned that the restaurant music was repetitive, so they put on our own music and turned it into a party. Everyone was attentive and caring, from the people helping with luggage to reception, restaurant servers, and the manager. They really felt like a big family, while still being professional. We left with lovely memories and highly recommend the hotel. We'd definitely come back.

The rooms are spacious, and if you're lucky, you might get one with a terrace. There's a swimming pool, and I really love the rooftop restaurant. The taxi drivers were friendly and efficient. Everyone was very friendly throughout, including the owner.

We were fasting during our stay, and the staff made sure we had food for suhoor every morning. From the managers to the waiting staff, every single person was wonderful. Whenever we needed something or had an issue, they were there and quick to help. We tried everything on the menu, and the food was five stars. Excellent people and an excellent place.

We loved every moment here. The service was great, the food delicious, breakfast had a rich buffet, and the staff were very attentive. From the breakfast table or the jacuzzi in a corner room, such as 301, you get a wonderful panoramic view of the Great Pyramids. The only drawback is that rooms facing the front get some noise from the busy road.
