The location is convenient for both the pyramids and GEM. Rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful. They even helped us order takeaway or drinks from next door so we’d get the right price.

The beds were actually okay, and the service was fine, with friendly, helpful staff. Just keep in mind you’re paying mainly for the view and location. If you ask for services, expect upselling attempts, which seems part of how business works in the area, so check details for yourself if you can. It has A/C in the room and will do the job for a short pyramid visit. I’d rate it 3/5, suitable for a simple stay with simple expectations. One of the women there was very helpful to my family, which nudges my rating up a notch.

Our original hotel cancelled while we were already at the airport, but the staff here took us in at 3 AM and gave us an early check-in without question. They were incredibly kind, offered free tea, coffee, and water, and helped arrange transport or anything else we needed. They even made breakfast to our requests, with delicious Egyptian food and mango juice, and offered us dinner for free too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very new. The location was great, close to the pyramids, with a breathtaking view from all the balconies. Everything was perfect, and we’d definitely come back!
