The main building makes a grand first impression, and the sprawling grounds have a resort feel. We stayed four nights in January as part of a large group. There’s plenty of parking, even for several coaches, and the event hall worked well for our group functions. The staff there were professional, responsive, and very supportive. Breakfast had a generous, thoughtfully chosen range of food, and the facilities were functional. The pool looked clean and inviting, though we couldn’t use it in the winter weather. A rare Chorisia tree adds a memorable touch to the grounds, and the decorative lights look lovely in the evenings. Our main problem was the unreliable hot water in the room, which made it less comfortable in winter. The electronic key card also needed reactivating at reception three times. For a property of this size and positioning, those room basics need attention. It seems well suited to group stays, events, and short leisure visits, including elaborate occasions such as weddings. Better upkeep of room utilities would make the experience much more consistent.

Mohamed Amin, M.D. Manager, and Medhat, Restaurant Manager, took wonderful care of us, especially my daughter, who was treated like a princess. Everyone and the service were more than excellent. The complex is new, modern, surprisingly large, yet still comfortable and cozy. It’s within walking distance of the new Grand Egyptian Museum, and there’s an enormous pool in the middle. Thanks to all of you. We’ll be back soon!

The lobby and pool look beautiful and make a lovely first impression. Our room didn’t feel up to five-star standards, though, because some corners hadn’t been cleaned well. We were there for two nights, and breakfast seating didn’t seem sufficient for the number of guests. After waiting quite a while, we were given a table that still hadn’t been cleared. The facilities are attractive, but the room cleaning and breakfast service need work.

The hotel is modern and beautiful, with clean rooms and open areas. We had planned three nights, but after a terrible stay at our previous hotel, we added another night before our booking. We paid the regular rate, but Mohammed Nabil kindly upgraded our room for free and gave us dinner as well. We arrived hungry, tired, and stressed, and his big smile and calm manner helped a lot. He even came to check that everything was all right once we got to the room. The food was very good, and we’re especially grateful to him for making our first day at the hotel better. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location was handy for both the Giza Pyramids and the New Museum. We stayed October 23-25, 2025, in rooms 534 and 532, close to the pool and lobby, then returned October 31-November 1, 2025. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and attentive when we had questions. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and good combinations. Our museum visit was affected because its opening had been scheduled for November 1. The hotel set up chairs and a giant screen by the pool, so guests could watch the official opening and the drone show featuring images of Egyptian relics on TV that evening.
