They rounded up the price when I paid without asking me first, and no one offered to clean my room or change the towels. At night, people talked loudly both inside and outside the hotel. The windows were very thin, and some were broken. Breakfast was supposed to start around 08:00, but no one showed up then, so expect to wait at least 40 minutes. The location, price, and rooftop views couldn't make up for what a complete disaster this hotel was. Definitely don't go.

The rooftop terrace had a stunning pyramids view, but breakfast was almost nonexistent. We waited more than 40 minutes for three slices of banana and reheated coffee. The advertised "breakfast with a view" was a letdown. We booked through Booking.com because of the photos and proximity to the pyramids and Sphinx. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived late, reception asked us to cancel that reservation, say we hadn't stayed, and book directly with the hotel. It seemed like a way to avoid Booking.com commission and prevent possible bad reviews. The place looked nothing like the listing. Rooms were rundown, filthy, smoky, foul-smelling, and extremely noisy, with no basic things like towels. The floors and furniture were dirty. Staff spoke no English, so resolving anything was frustrating. An experience to forget. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, which is misleading online and doesn't meet basic standards.

The room was unbelievably filthy, and at night employees smoked and partied at reception with loud music. I've never seen anything like it. Avoid at all costs.
