The room was comfortable, the people were friendly, and everything about the stay felt just right. The food was delicious, too. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind and ready to help, and the atmosphere made me feel at home. I’m sincerely grateful for such lovely hospitality. It’s a stay I won’t forget.

I’m usually pretty picky and hard to please, but this hotel won me over. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, the staff were friendly, and the location was great, even with all the filth in the roads. And what a view! I had an awesome stay and really don’t get the negative reviews.

The terrace view was amazing, and breakfast was fantastic. My room was very clean, the rate was nice, and the owner made me feel at home. Everyone was welcoming and the staff service was amazing. Really one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Mimo made the airport pickup and the rest of our stay run smoothly. He arranged a taxi for us at no charge because we were staying three nights. A few days beforehand, he called and we kept in touch on WhatsApp. I shared our airline ticket and family photos so the driver would recognize us, and the pickup was prompt. When we had to leave at 5:30 a.m., he even packed breakfast for us. I came with my 64-year-old mother and six-year-old daughter, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout. Although the lift wasn’t installed yet, they carried our luggage up and let us choose between a room on the third or fourth floor. The room was very spacious, with spotless sheets, a TV, working Airton, several charging sockets and a kettle. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and our room was cleaned every day, which my family appreciated. I only had to text Mimo to get water or anything else, with no follow-up needed. Breakfast was simple and delicious, especially the Egyptian cheese. The hotel is down a side lane that taxis can reach easily, and parking was available. We were very comfortable and satisfied.

For a night or two, it’s an average place, but I wouldn’t stay longer. There’s a refrigerator, and the Wi-Fi works in the room. The woman who made breakfast and cleaned the room was very nice. The air conditioner was broken at first, though they fixed it. There was a cockroach in the room, and the inside of the kettle was very dirty. Sometimes the water stopped, and twice the lights went out for an hour.
