This place isn't a hotel, just apartments where local residents seem to live, and they move out when guests arrive to take their money. The room we were given was filthy and nothing like the pictures. It was a different room with a shared bathroom. The reception guys smoked constantly, there was no service or Wi-Fi, and the staff were very rude. It doesn't deserve even one star. Don't come here, even if it's free.

I've stayed two days, and they never changed the bedsheet. I think they may have left the previous guest's sheet on for me. The room smelled bad, and the old lifts looked so unpleasant that I avoided using them. Breakfast was poor, and I only realized on my second day that it was complimentary because staff hadn't told me. Wi-Fi didn't work, card payments weren't accepted, and the room cost far too much for its poor quality. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I even saw mosquitoes here, though nowhere else in Egypt. I'd rather stay on the road. The Egyptian Ministry should revoke its one star.

A bad hotel. The place was dirty, the room was missing the services they had mentioned, and the AC was broken.

The place was dirty, and hygiene seemed poor both in the kitchen and in food service. The waiters looked very unclean, and even the microwave was in terrible shape.

Not clean, with a noisy AC and walls that need painting. For the same price, I'd go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it.
