The night-shift staff were especially lovely, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Amr Baker was excellent too, very professional and kind. At Sofia Pyramid Hotel, our room was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

The three-bedroom unit we stayed in was spacious and beautiful, and the rooftop restaurant has an incredible view of the pyramids. There aren’t many vegetarian or gluten-free choices, though. We spent three nights here. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell, the toilet was dirty, and there was no running water. There aren’t any shops nearby, but the driver was very kind and offered to take us to buy what we needed.
