Booking local trips through the hotel was a great choice. They were reasonably priced, safe, and well arranged, and the drivers were professional and friendly. Exploring the area felt easy and stress-free. Breakfast was lovely too. The housekeeping staff serving it were always smiling and polite, and happy to make whatever we asked for. I especially looked forward to their delicious coffee with milk each morning. The Heaven Pyramids Hotel is very close to the Pyramids complex, which made sightseeing easy. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and kind, and we felt more like family than guests. Youseff and Moemen at reception were patient, friendly, and always ready to help us feel comfortable. The owner was caring, and meeting the owner’s sweet, welcoming parents added a personal, homely touch. The hospitality, service, location, and atmosphere all exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt who wants somewhere comfortable with kind people.

The rooftop view near the pyramids is amazing, and the service was some of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. The staff were so nice, and they even held a New Year’s party for the guests. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Youssef Bakya and Youssef Abdou were especially helpful whenever anyone had an issue. I recommend booking here if you’re looking for a hotel near the pyramids with a great rooftop view.
We had a good view of the pyramids and Sphinx from the rooftop and breakfast terraces. We paid for an upgraded room so we could see them as soon as we woke up. It was fairly quiet, though there are quite a few dogs in Gizeh, so noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs are a good idea. We spent two nights in Gizeh. One day we visited the GEM, and the next, reception helped us arrange a guide for the pyramids in Gizeh, Saqqara, and Memphis. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
I nearly got scammed while booking through Booking.com from Mexico, but by luck we ended up here and had an excellent stay. I travelled with my wife and our two kids, one four months old and one three years old. The rooms were clean, breakfast was included and excellent, and the staff were great. The hotel is near the pyramids, and I recommend it 100% as the best hotel in Giza.
The rooftop has lovely views of the pyramids, and one of the two access points to the pyramids is only 120m away. The ticket office isn’t clearly marked, though, so ask reception where to find it. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whenever we needed something, all we had to do was ask.
