I felt completely safe there, almost like I was staying with family. The room was neat and the bed was clean, though the hot water would drain away every ten minutes or so. I got breakfast, and since the staff didn’t prepare it themselves, food poisoning seemed unlikely. The hotel is nicely located near the sea, but be mindful of the price and don’t complain about the view. Reception was thoughtful and caring, and they got me a hairdryer when I needed one. 😊

There was always someone at reception, which made me feel safe, and they were ready to get me pretty much anything I needed. The staff were so attentive and tried hard to make sure I was comfortable and happy. If I had something heavy or a delivery, they insisted on bringing it up to my room. They even came to remind me about my 1 a.m. departure for Cairo, which was really sweet. The care felt like what you get at a five-star hotel. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our room was huge, with a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. We had a great stay, and Muhammad was always friendly and helpful, doing all he could to make our time in Hurghada go smoothly. Breakfast and coffee were great too.

The place is quiet, and there are markets, pharmacies, and fast food spots within walking distance. We stayed four days without any problems, and everyone was helpful. You’ll need a taxi to get around Hurghada, so it can feel a bit far from things, but you get what you pay for.

The reception staff were really good, and the rooms were fine. The AC was a lifesaver, but the bathrooms smelled bad. There weren’t any amenities apart from a fridge and a small TV.
