The place is dirty and noisy, with flies around the pool and cats all over. You can hear everything, and the loud pump generator runs constantly. Construction starts at 8 AM and goes on until late afternoon. Don’t bother renting or buying an apartment here. Definitely never again.

I only visited to speak with reception and look around because I was considering renting, so this is based on a short visit. I can’t recommend it. There was a long line of people waiting for something, and the security guard was on his own, doing his best. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen. When he finally arrived, he ignored my questions to argue with a man I assumed was a tour guide, then walked off while I was still talking. He also seemed annoyed that I wanted information and wasn’t very nice. The security guard told me beach access wasn’t included and that I’d have to pay to use another resort’s beach, so the name here doesn’t make much sense to me. I’d have given one star, but the guard was kind and hardworking, so he’s the reason it gets two.

Clear, shallow water and a calm, relaxing spot. There are sun beds, but no towels. A lovely place to soak up the Egyptian sunshine.
