The beach is the best part for me, quiet, clean, peaceful, and almost empty. I’m traveling solo as a woman and having a great time. There’s still a little construction, but it barely bothers me, and I hardly notice it. My room is great, and all rooms have a sea view. The all-inclusive food has been very good so far, with different cuisines for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, plus bars all over the resort. If you’re not a picky posh eater, you’ll be more than fine without extra expenses. The staff are polite and welcoming. Tip as recommended and they’ll spoil you like a habibi. ❤️🙂

The room arrangement wasn’t quite right for our family of four, two adults and two kids. We booked through a travel agency and were given one room with a king bed and a small sofa bed, but that sofa isn’t long enough for children aged 10 and over. Still, the stay at Sheraton Soma Bay was amazing. The location is wonderful, with beautiful views, great snorkeling, and a lovely fine-grained sandy beach. Breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible, and the food was delicious. The staff were wonderful too, especially Saïd of the restaurant, Alzaeem of the bar, and Mohamed, who looked after our room, along with the bar and restaurant teams generally.

Our sea facing room had a nice balcony view, and the renovated room had good amenities. Sheraton Soma Bay Resort is beautiful and right by the Red Sea. Everyone was helpful and really nice, from the help desk executives and housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The service was top notch. Thanks to Mr Monsif for the warm welcome, nearby place suggestions, and the thoughtful gesture for us as Marriot Bonvoy members. We had a very relaxing, excellent stay.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel has been recently renovated and is very well maintained. Some minor work is still happening, but it didn’t disturb my stay. The service in Egypt was among the best I’ve experienced. Special thanks to Angelina for her great service and warm smile.

There’s plenty to do, and the exceptionally large pool area is a lovely place to unwind when you just want to relax. The location, accommodation, food, staff, and cleanliness were all of the highest standard. I can’t think of anything to criticize. What a wonderful hotel, and many thanks to the whole team! 😊
