AMC Royal Hotel & Spa

The staff were fantastic and dealt with every complaint or comment straight away. That’s why I do recommend the resort, despite how far behind it was on basic cleanliness. The hotel looked stunning inside and out, and the rooms were spacious, but dusty air vents and air-conditioning, headboards, glass, spoons, and mirrors were left as they were. The curtains and bedding were dirty too 🫣 The building also needs a refurb to deal with all the little problems, like loose, moldy, or rotting sealant.

The stay at AMC Royal Hotel was great, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Special thanks to Chef Emam for the amazing food and fantastic experience at the teppanyaki corner. I’d definitely recommend it. Mustafa, the Caesar Restaurant manager, was also professional and friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay memorable. I’d happily come back!

I felt like a member of the family here and would stay at the same hotel again. We were there from 20 February 2026 to 5 March, during holy Ramadan, and everyone still had a smile on their face. The rooms were big, the hotel was clean, the food and service were the best, and the water park was beautiful. The spa was great too. There was a big buffet with lots of fresh, delicious food, fruit, and cake, with good variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus different restaurants. There was a large training hall for sport and lots of different shows in the evening. The bar staff were friendly and smiling every day, and the pools were very clean with security. Thanks to all the staff, from the manager, especially Mr Haney and miss Juliana from public relations, to the very friendly, caring waiters. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re travelling to Hurghada.

The hotel is in a good location, with a lovely pool overlooking the sea and well-kept grounds. There’s plenty of tasty food to choose from. Ramadan, the chef at the Caesar restaurant, makes incredibly delicious food, and his pizza is a masterpiece. He’s a lovely person and a real master of his craft. The room cleaners were friendly, wonderful people to chat with, and their towel creations were always a lovely surprise. There’s also a new water park near the hotel, which is great.
