Dexon – Roma Hotel

The staff’s behavior was poor. They seemed like students who didn’t know hotel hospitality, just kids playing and having fun behind the bar. The meals were inedible to us and seemed to lack basic quality and hygiene, which felt like a real danger to guests. Our room was filthy in every corner, as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The furniture was old and dilapidated, not fit even for a one-star hotel. This was an appalling stay at Hotel Roma, and to me it showed consumer deception and disregard for basic international hotel standards.

The staff were awful, and I can’t tell if it was because I looked foreign or something else. The room facilities were old and unpleasant. Water pressure was very low, the drains were blocked with loads of other people’s hair, the sheets were extremely thin and seemed to have been used for over ten years, and the pillows had a weird smell. The price was very high, and the whole experience was unpleasant.

The people were friendly and I didn’t run into any problems, but the shower didn’t have warm water. It’s a good place to stay.

We had a different and wonderful stay. The hotel had a really cool vibe and felt very safe. Thanks to the animation team and room service for helping us out.
