We just got back from ten nights and are already hoping to return. There was loads for families to do, from little and big slides to the fun fair, pools, and beach. Having sunbeds, food, and drinks at the beach was great. The place was clean, staff were friendly, and there were plenty of food and drink choices. Entertainment was brilliant, especially the Neverland show. My daughter loved seeing all the characters.

We had a great two nights in the end. The room wasn't ready until after 3pm, and after a truly dreadful check-in we were left walking around with our luggage trying to find it. Things improved from there. We've stayed at Jungle over ten times, and access to all three hotels now gives you a mammoth selection. Service and food were great, and the evening entertainment at the hotel was excellent. The new Jungle reception and various restaurants look brilliant. It seems they've traded many bars for all the impressive VR equipment, which is obviously aimed at children.

We were three adults and one child, and all of us had an amazing time. There was so much to do for different ages during the day and evening that we never felt we needed to leave the hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout. The place was very clean and well maintained, and the food had a wide range of choices for every taste. Everything about the stay felt perfect, and we'd love to come back.

A big thank you to everyone, from reception and the restaurants to housekeeping. They were kind and welcoming, always helpful, and made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is clean and cozy, amenities are easy to get to, and the service was excellent.

Ahmed at reception in Alf leila w leila went above and beyond to make our stay special, and I'm so grateful to him. The food was always perfect, the aqua was really entertaining, and the night atmosphere in alf leila w leila was great. The animation team was fun too. I'd definitely love to do the experience again.
