What stood out most was how attentive everyone was, often taking care of what guests needed without being asked. Nashaat, Yahya, and Abdul Rahman at reception, Ayman the restaurant manager, Mohamed Ali, Mohamed, the servers and chefs, the bar team, and the pool and beach attendants all helped make the stay feel special. The food across the restaurants was tasty and, to me, on a par with five-star hotels. Howaida and Tito from entertainment also deserve thanks for putting so much care into keeping the children happy. The resort was spotless inside and out despite its size, and the design, decor, and furnishings were all lovely. It felt like a distinctive experience compared with other five-star hotels. Calling it seven stars might sound like a lot, but that’s how highly I rate it. You’d need a lot of space to describe everything that made this resort feel so close to perfect.

The entertainment was really enjoyable, and there was always a good choice of food. The staff were friendly and the service was faultless for us. Our room was spacious and well looked after, and the whole place was spotless. It’s a lovely spot, very close to the sea.

The animation team kept every day fun with their energy, activities, and entertainment. The rest of the stay was just as enjoyable: a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable clean rooms, tasty food with lots of choice, and staff who were consistently helpful and friendly. We had an amazing holiday here and would happily recommend it.

The hotel was clean, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a lovely, memorable five-day stay and would consider coming back in the next few years. Thank you so much. There were some issues, though. The Italian restaurant was disappointing because the food wasn’t good, and meals elsewhere were uneven, some good and some only average. We also found quite a lot of flies in the main Karnak restaurant at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Wi-Fi could be fine at times but unreliable at others. Our room was at the front of the hotel, which meant a long walk to the beach. Golf carts to carry guests there would help. Even with those points, it was a good experience and felt worth it.
