Elaria

The place was dusty and grimy, and I had to ask for everything, including towels, toilet paper, and soap. The Wi-Fi didn't work. When I reported that the TV was broken, they told me to go watch TV in the lobby, as if I'd want to sit down there with them. The breakfast was awful, with bread rolls as hard as rocks. The pillows were uncomfortable, the AC was noisy, and the list goes on. I paid more than I usually do, expecting a decent stay, but this was the worst place I've ever stayed. If minus stars were possible, I'd give them. A complete disappointment and definitely not worth the money.

Reception organised tours and transport for me to Orange bay and snorkeling, and also provided any information or other help I needed. The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Gaber, Ms Esraa from reception, and the breakfast Chef. I spent three nights here and found it great value for money. It was right next to the beach and only a short cab ride from the town centre. The other guests were very nice too, mostly families. If you want a nice, quiet place that's good value, look no further. Thank you Elaria.

The bathroom floor and bedsheet were in awful condition. The value for money would probably be better in a slum. Worst hotel ever, please stay away.

The location felt unsafe. The room wasn't the one advertised, the shower wouldn't drain, and there were no towels, so I had to dry myself with the bed sheets. Breakfast tasted as if it had been left in the desert for three years. There were too many things to complain about, so I'll keep it brief.
