The pool and aquapark were filthy, and the water was green. One room also had no minibar. Our rooms were dirty when we checked in, with hair on the sheets and grimy bathrooms. The beds had no covers, and there were no towels, shampoo, or soap. When we asked for these things, the explanations were unacceptable, like they were in the wash or there weren't enough.

The beach is far from the hotel, and it was hard to find a car to take us there or bring us back. The staff and management were poor, and although booking.com lists the hotel as three stars, the desk shows only two; in my view it deserves zero. The rooms, bathrooms, linens, and furniture were all dirty and miserable, and the pool wasn't clean either. The food and restaurant need immediate attention from local authorities. This place is a shame for tourism in our country, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We lasted only three days before switching hotels. The food was disgusting, with very little choice, the same bad dishes and vegetables for three days, and we even found worms in the vegetables. We gave up and ate out. Staff hygiene was awful too: they smoked while cooking and grilling completely frozen meat by the pool. The pool and aquapark were dirty, and there were no activities for children. The shower didn't work properly, there was no hot water, and when we called reception, they said the heater needed time to warm up again, so we couldn't shower one after another. The bar had no ice, leaving us with warm drinks or a trip to buy our own at the kiosk next door. We were shocked by all of it and didn't want to stay another day.

The staff were what made the stay for me. They were attentive, welcoming, and always smiling, and it felt like one big family. The Grand blue had the facilities I needed and was good value for the price. The beach area was lovely, with fantastic Red Sea views. The pool was clean and the food was OK. I had a wonderful trip and would return.
