The beach is quite small, and the service fell below what I expected. Housekeeping also needs work: staff didn't properly follow up on the rooms unless we called several times, and the two tiny complimentary water bottles in a double room weren't enough for two people. We liked the clean, comfortable rooms and the food was good. There wasn't much choice, but the meals were excellent, even though the restaurant itself is small. Getting a drink was often a problem, though. There are just two bars, one by the pool and one in the restaurant, with none on the beach. The pool bar is open during the day, but the restaurant bar's hours seemed inconsistent, and many times neither was available.

The Pool Party was a highlight, with great music and fun games. The Animation team kept things lively and entertaining throughout the day, and Mr. Osama the General Manager was very hospitable and supportive. I had a very good time. A few little details could be smoother, but they didn't really affect my enjoyment.

The entertainment team brought loads of energy, with activities each day and great evening shows. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I made some lovely memories. My room was always comfortable and clean, the food was fresh with plenty of choices, and the staff were kind and helpful. Everything felt great from arrival. I'd happily return and recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

The view is beautiful, and the place is wonderfully quiet. The restaurant staff were great, and management was friendly and excellent with everyone. The Animation team were so lovely, always smiling. Thanks to Miss Loda and Miss Nour.
