Jewel Sports City and Aqua Park

The toilets were filthy and smelly, and clearly weren't being maintained. The place was dangerously overcrowded, far beyond safe capacity, which made everything chaotic and uncomfortable. Staff were shockingly rude and even aggressive toward children, with no basic respect or professionalism. When aqua time ended, guests were practically thrown out in a really unpleasant way. One of the worst-managed places I've visited. Totally unacceptable.

The food and drinks were tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The pools were super clean, the water slides were exciting, and the park was well maintained. A perfect place for a fun day out with family or friends, and a great way to cool off.

The rooms were spacious and good, especially compared with other hotels, and the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was acceptable but basic, with no variety. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and water was charged. Guests could use the aqua park only until 10 am. After that, outside visitors could enter with tickets, and it became overcrowded. The stay was generally acceptable, but it wasn't cheap, and the same price could get you a more luxurious hotel, so I'd prefer to book somewhere else.

The service and facilities fell well short of what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast was low quality, and the rooms were old and poorly maintained. The fridge in my room didn't work. Mariam at reception was unhelpful and treated us poorly, especially compared with how non-Egyptian guests were treated. Our requests were ignored and handled unprofessionally. Very disappointing.
