We arrived late at night and found a filthy apartment with no hot water. There was no third sleeping place for our child, even though we'd clearly booked for two adults and a teenager. The sofa wouldn't unfold, was extremely dirty, and had no bedding. Dirty cleaning rags had been left in the room, so we wiped the sofa with wet wipes just so our child could lie down and somehow sleep. We called and messaged the owner repeatedly. He kept saying he didn't understand and couldn't speak English. Our Arabic-speaking friends called too, but he said it wasn't his problem and told us to deal with Booking. In the end he stopped answering and refused to resolve anything. He didn't even come by, and still won't refund us. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Thankfully we did, but we lost a day of our vacation and a lot of nerves. The owner was completely unwilling to help. I strongly recommend avoiding these apartments and this dishonest owner.

There was poor security, and constant noise from the unit where I stayed made it really uncomfortable. This place was extremely bad, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location at Azzurra Sahl Hasheesh was amazing, and check-in and check-out were both easy. We especially liked eating at La Rocca, where the food was delicious every time. Our family of five had a peaceful, relaxing stay, just what we wanted, and only wished we could have stayed longer. Amr was incredibly kind and reliable, always there whenever we needed something, and made us feel looked after throughout. We'd love to return and would recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

We had plenty of ways to unwind or stay active, with the pool and beach access, and the location made it easy to reach local attractions while keeping a peaceful getaway feel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and made sure our needs were met. At Azzura in Sahl Hasheesh, the rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with all the comforts we needed. The Red Sea views were stunning and the atmosphere serene. I had a wonderful, luxurious and relaxing stay, and highly recommend it for a peaceful escape or an active seaside vacation.

Stunning 😍 😎 So glad the owners have a pool of their own. With seven pools to choose from, they deserve a private one where they can relax away from tourists. Excellent decision 👏 👌
